 For one reason or another, you find yourself wandering in a world of chaos. The island of Canderis is one where no human has ever set foot, yet felines and canines abound. No one is quite sure how they came to be here, but the fact of the matter is that they are. The cats and dogs have been at war with each other since time began, at least as far back as anyone can remember. You have now come upon the scene. Which side will you choose? Perhaps you will prefer to stay out of it altogether. Now is the time to choose. Season: Spring

History: Leech was born on the streets four years ago. He never knew his father, but his mother and four sisters were his life. When he was out one day, a male from a different part of the city entered their alley and decided that Leech's sisters were just right for him. Their mother, however, didn't like the male's ways and fought him. She didn't make it, but managed to live until her son returned. He came home to find his sisters had been abducted by the brute and his mother told him who he was, then passed away.

Leech made his peace with his mother and then went to hunt the bastard down. Finding him in the process of raping one of his sisters enraged him further and he leapt upon the form of the idiot. They fought for a long time before Leech finally managed to get the right hold on the other male's throat. He squeezed until there was nothing left. He stayed that way and drank the male's blood, closing his golden eyes as he then stood up and shook himself. He threw looks around the alley at the male's 'gang' and dared them to take him on. Wisely, they backed off. He looked to his sisters and smiled, consoling the one who'd been raped.

They then returned to his own alley and thrived there for some time as a unit. Hunting mice, chasing off intruders. There came a day, however, that the city decided to clear itself of the stray cat population. He lost his sisters that day to the two-legged animal catchers. He escaped with barely an inch to spare. He had hidden away in the hull of a ship, not even noticing when it took sail.

The rest of it was a blur, but he remembers the frigid waters and tasting sand. He wouldn't realize that the ship he'd hitched a ride on would sink and he'd be washed ashore the island of Canderis. So he has started a new life here on this island, striving for the position of power he'd held before the animal catchers had come after them.

Personality: Let's see. Leech is a power-hungry male tabby cat who has lived the good life before and vows to do so again. He doesn't care who gets in his way or why. He will take them down without a second thought, unless he takes a liking to that particular individual. He doesn't take orders from others very well and like most cats, hates dogs. He's been chased by more than his share of them and despises any canine. He has no mates and really isn't looking for one either. He figures he's got time to make that happen.
